We are implementing zero-contact appointments. This means:
- You can schedule online through our website.
- We are screening customers when confirming appointments.
- We have created ways to best understand your situation through talking on the phone, videos, pictures or video calls before we even enter your home.
- We will send one technician to service your needs, who will adhere to necessary sanitation practices. The required distance between people is 6 feet and we will maintain this distance throughout the service.
- We provide the ability to invoice and pay online, so there is no exchange of cash or checks.
Please stay healthy and take the necessary precautions to keep yourself and your loved ones safe.
Wishing you all the best,
Omar
